1.0 Top Banner code.

This is a tricky one, and I have stopped doing them because I use an ad blocker and it puts the top image too low when you have your ad blocker on. If you aren't concerned about that then just remind people that the code needs to go after all input in the "About Me" section otherwise it messes up the whole layout. Also, you may still use the Ext. Network banner or not. If you choose not to then just adjust the size accordingly.
